The booking channel should not change the stay
Guests need the same answers whether they booked through Airbnb, Booking.com, a phone call or your own website. The door code, Wi-Fi, parking and checkout instructions do not change with the platform.
A shared guide also helps avoid differences between messages. When you fix one instruction, you fix it for every future stay.
What should you include?
Start with the details guests need before arrival: address, check-in, parking and contact information. Add Wi-Fi, house rules, the most important appliance instructions and checkout.
Then add a few personal recommendations. A short list of places you genuinely know is more useful than a long list of random attractions.
How do guests access it?
Paste the link into your post-booking message and leave a QR code in the property. Guests open the guide in a browser, without creating an account or installing an app.
