Terms of service

Terms for private hosts and businesses using staayguide.com. You can save or print these terms free of charge before creating an account or purchasing.

1. Service provider

The provider is Wiktor Wanat, trading as Wiktor Wanat IT Solutions, ul. Przewóz 32B/81, 30-716 Kraków, Poland; email: wanatwiktor08@gmail.com, phone: +48 530 538 544. Polish tax ID (NIP): 6793258327; business registration number (REGON): 524261255. This is also the address for correspondence, complaints and contractual notices.

2. Service and technical requirements

StaayGuide is a web application for accommodation hosts. Currently it provides an account, storage and editing of up to two properties, addresses and a cover photo, and subscription management. It also provides guide editing, private previews and saved drafts. Publishing and guest access through a link or QR code require an eligible trial or subscription. The public sample guide is a demonstration.

You need internet access, a current browser supporting JavaScript and essential authentication cookies, and a working email address. Photos must be JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. No app installation is required. StaayGuide is not a booking, rental brokerage or emergency service.

3. Accounts and contract formation

Adults may create accounts for themselves or as authorised business representatives. Provide a valid email and confirm it as instructed, or use Google sign-in. The free account agreement is formed when the account is successfully created and activated, for an indefinite term.

Read these terms before creating an account, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorised access. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. The privacy policy explains data processing; marketing consent is not required to use the account.

4. Subscriptions and prices

The tax-inclusive price is PLN 29.00 per month or PLN 295.80 per year for an account with up to two properties. The interval, price, first charge date and automatic renewal are shown before completing Stripe checkout. A paid agreement is formed upon successfully completing the subscription order with an obligation to pay under the terms displayed at purchase.

The account’s first subscription may start with a seven-day trial requiring a payment method. After the trial, the selected period is charged automatically unless canceled beforehand. Returning after cancellation does not grant another trial. Cancellation through billing management takes effect at the end of the current paid or trial period.

A failed renewal payment starts a three-day grace period, after which subscription entitlements may be suspended until payment succeeds. Cancellation or non-payment alone does not delete saved properties. Trials and ordinary cancellation do not limit statutory withdrawal or complaint rights.

5. Acceptable use and content

Do not supply unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, access other users’ accounts or disrupt the service. You must be entitled to supply your photos and information and keep them accurate. Do not upload identity documents, sensitive personal information or guest registers.

Content rights remain with you or the relevant rights holder. You permit us to store, technically process and display content only as necessary to provide the service. Report unlawful content by email, including its page address or property identifier and an explanation.

6. Complaints and service conformity

Send complaints by email or post to the provider’s contact details. Describe the problem, identify the account and explain your requested remedy; do not include passwords or card information. Consumer complaints are answered within 14 days of receipt on paper or another durable medium, including email.

The provider is responsible for conformity of the digital service under applicable consumer law, including required updates. Consumers can require the service to be brought into conformity and, in the cases provided by law, obtain a price reduction or withdraw. These terms do not exclude or limit those rights.

7. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer entering a distance contract may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of entering it. Send an unambiguous statement by email or post to the provider before the deadline. The template below is optional.

Following valid withdrawal, amounts due are refunded within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method without additional cost. If the consumer expressly requested an early start to a paid service, any payment for the part supplied is calculated only under statutory rules. Signing in, supplying a card or starting a trial does not itself waive withdrawal rights.

Statutory consumer protections also apply to eligible sole traders where the agreement relates to their business but is not professional in character, as provided by Polish law.

8. Withdrawal template

To: Wiktor Wanat IT Solutions, ul. Przewóz 32B/81, 30-716 Kraków, Poland; email: wanatwiktor08@gmail.com, phone: +48 530 538 544.

I hereby withdraw from my agreement for the StaayGuide service. Contract date: […]. Full name: […]. Address: […]. Account email / order reference: […]. Statement date: […]. Signature: […] (paper submissions only).

9. Ending use and disputes

You may stop using the free service and request account closure by email. Billing management handles ordinary cancellation of subscription renewals; statutory withdrawal and complaints follow the procedures above. Before account deletion, you may request your content as provided by law.

For a serious breach or security threat, the operator may restrict access as necessary to address it. Where possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to clarify the situation. This does not exclude statutory remedies.

Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law. Consumers may seek assistance from Polish municipal or district consumer advisers and information about alternative dispute resolution at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.

10. Changes to these terms

New versions will be dated and made available before application. Publishing a revised text does not automatically change prices or other conditions of an existing agreement. Changes to existing contracts require a valid basis, information and user rights under applicable law.
